1 - he was born In Winnipeg.
 
 2-he was born on July 28, 1958

 3- Terry lived in British columbia.

 4-He had bone cancer.

 5- His right leg had to be amputated above the knee.

 6-Terry was 18 years old when he had bone cancer.

7-He decided to run across Canada to raise money for cancer research.

  8-Terry wanted to help try to find a cure for cancer.

  9-Atlantic Ocean in st john's, Newfoundland. 

 10- the Marathon of Hope 

 11- Terry ran about 42 kilometers every day for 143 days 

 12- Terry stopped running on Monday, September 1, 

 13- he had to stop in Thunder Bay, Ontario 

 14- His bone cancer had spread to his lungs  

15-  He died in June 1981, at age 22.  16- Canada’s population was 24 million people. 

 17- Terry wanted to raise one dollar for each person in Canada.  Since then, more than $360 million dollars has been given to help cancer research because of Terry’s run and his courage.
